Introduction
From 19th January 2026 the Community Eyecare Guidelines (CEGs) are moving through their first major update, carried out by NHS National Services Scotland.
From this date users are urged to read though the information below to familiarise themselves with the new content and the supporting information underpinning the CEGs.
Of particular note is the new disclaimer relating to the updated CEGs and also the Supporting information document containing generic advice relating to the CEGs.
